I can say that is probably one of the best workout routines I have ever done.
I think I can safely say that this is one of those exercises that is so simple and easy that you can do it at home. There are a lot of exercises that you can do to get in shape, but this is one of those exercises that is one of the simplest that you can do. Also, you can do it anytime you want, not just every other day. It only takes a few minutes and it gets very easy after you do it.
