There are a ton of calorie sites out there. You just have to be careful. If these calorie sites show you your calorie burn, but dont keep track of the calories burned in the last 30 seconds, that is why.

The new pad site might not be the most up-to-date of pad sites, but this is actually a good reminder. One of the most important things to note when using a calorie tracker is that you need to make sure your browser is using Javascript code that is not sending data to other sites. This only applies to the browser’s default settings.
