Power is the most important step in the process of turning thoughts into action. You have to start with the habit of your subconscious mind. Using what you were taught in the past to turn thoughts into action is the first step. You begin to change your thought patterns to a more positive one.
You have two choices when you begin to turn your subconscious mind into action. You can either attempt to change your thought patterns to a more positive one or you can simply focus on the negative. The first is usually quicker, but the latter is much harder. It takes more energy to change your thought patterns to a positive one, so you will need to spend more time and energy trying to get rid of your negative thought patterns.
When you’re trying to change your negative thought patterns, there are three different techniques you can use. The first is the “power step up” which is where you try to think positively instead of focusing on the negative. The second is called “decontextualization” which is where you mentally decontextualize the negative thought pattern. The third is the “power down” which is where you actually remove the negative thought pattern completely.
While all of the three techniques are useful, it is the power step up that is the most important. The power step up is when you make a conscious effort to think positive and see things for what they really are instead of focusing on the negative. It is one of those things that feels really simple but it is actually difficult to do.
After you power up the negative thought patterns, you can then power down. It is a conscious effort to think positive and see things for what they really are. This is exactly what people who are bipolar experience. Those who have bipolar disorder experience the exact same thing as people who have depression.

When I have mood swings, I like to think about positive things, even if they’re completely unrealistic. I also like to think about how much I can handle and how I will recover.
The power step up is something I have been studying for a long time. I have been trying to do a lot of experiments with it, and the results have always been very positive. I have found that I can reduce my mood swings by making more of a positive connection with people, and by focusing more on my own well-being.
