I have this friend who would do something that he thought was a good idea, but it wasn’t until he was about to do it that he realized, “This is not a good idea.” He would have done it anyway, but now he is so much more aware of himself and the choices he makes.
What I really like about being a personal trainer is that you get to see all the possible paths to get to a goal. It also allows you to make a lot of wrong turns. If you’re trying to lose weight, you might get to a point where you are doing a good job, but you just start doing all the opposite, which is probably not a good idea.
