Well, that being said, the peanut butter inside a jar is still bad. And it’s not that we should be using peanut butter to “smooth out” our running. It’s that peanut butter used to be a terrible food and has been for a very long time. But that’s all in the past. Now, peanut butter has become the go-to food. And it’s the only food that we should be using peanut butter for.
