But if you take into account the fact that vegetarianism is more prevalent than vegans, you will see a decrease in the number of diets that are vegan. The other side of the coin is that veganism tends to be more difficult to master and the fact that some vegans still make millions is not a surprise.

The fact is, most of us have become so desensitized to bad things that we don’t even notice that we’re on a bad diet or that the food that we eat is bad for us. It turns out, we’re just as addicted to the stuff that is good for us. That’s why I’m glad I’m not a vegan.

While not exactly groundbreaking, I think what this has helped me with is the fact that Ive seen a number of vegans make millions by following the right diet. People like David Chang, who started eating only organic produce and raw milk, or Mark Bittman and his book Vegan Eats, which is an awesome book on how to live a vegan life.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been eating a salad or an organic chicken sandwich with my friend and realized it was so-so. I would then realize I was eating a lot of junk food and start craving the real thing. I would then realize that I was also not eating anything that was good for me. I would then go to my friend and ask him what’s the most important thing to eat for the best health.

There are a lot of things that are important to eat that are not important to eat. A lot of the things that are important to eat are, like, boring and not very important.
