This ensures that the entire circuit takes about 20 minutes to complete. The other way to complete the circuit is to do three sets of the first exercise then a rest. This method allows for a much more complete workout in order to burn as much calories as possible.
This is the time-looping game we all know and love. Just like in Deathloop, it’s about running through familiar areas and being able to complete the circuit without even touching any of the checkpoints. So you’re going to do 15 minutes of the difficult exercise and then you’re going to do three sets of the very hardest exercise. It’s as simple as that.
