I think that this is a fairly accurate representation of the average weight gain that will occur during the course of a year. I think most people will probably end up gaining about the same amount of weight (about 1 to 1.5 pounds, but who are we kidding? That’s why making a big deal out of the fact that coffee is so indescribably delicious is a dumb idea. It’s like saying, “I love vanilla ice cream, but it’s impossible to distinguish vanilla ice cream from a brownie.” Those types of arguments are so dumb it’s not funny.
