I just want to clarify that Vitamin Water and other bottled water brands are not food-grade, and are not certified as such. They are not as reliable in terms of purity as water that has been tested and approved by the United States Food & Drug Administration.
If you’re looking for a bottled water brand that’s food-grade and certified, you’re in the wrong place. Vitamin Water, on the other hand, is not for you. I’m sorry to say that even if you’re a huge fan of Vitamin Water, you’re probably not going to want to drink it. I’m afraid, I’ve heard it claimed that it’s a “healthy drink” but I have yet to see it myself.

Well, we could be taught to avoid gluten, but that’s a lot of work.
Vitamin C, B-vitamins, and fiber, it seems like, are all you really need to build a healthy digestive system. But if you’re a person who’s allergic to gluten, it’s pretty easy to avoid. Just do a few of these little things.
