I love this quote from a recent conversation I had with one of my favorite authors, Dana Coleman. Coleman writes about how we are all constantly learning, growing, and growing up. But our growth doesn’t occur on autopilot. The process of learning and growing is a constant change. Our daily lives are filled with the habits we form and the things we learn.
There are those two things that are essential to learning, growing, and growing up. These are the things that everyone constantly learns and grows. I think that the things that we do all the time are just habits, and thus very similar to those two things. There is only a tiny tiny difference though, and that tiny difference is how we learn and grow.
