So we tend to eat a lot of low-carb foods and low-fat foods. This is good since they fill you up and keep you full. The problem is they are usually high in calories.
I don’t usually get enough of a workout with my body, so I don’t really feel the heat. But I think that if you do this for one day the rest of your body doesn’t feel so good. It’s okay because the body doesn’t know what it’s doing, so we can just eat it as normal.
