I love how these ribs are loaded with fat from all the fat in my ribs. However, when I served these ribs to my family this year, they all felt light and fluffy. I love the fact that they are not overdone and that they are more than just a meal in themselves.
I’m not normally a fan of ribs, but I’m going to go ahead and admit that I like mine the way it is. Maybe it’s the fat or maybe it’s the taste, but I’m not a fan of the way they’re served. I’m all about the fat and I’m all about the taste.
It sounds simple, but when you’re trying not to eat fat it’s an incredible thing, really. In fact, it’s a good thing that there are a few other fat-free options in my collection, and my favorite is the very high fat-free alternative.
The difference between the two is that theyre cooked at high heat so they retain more of their fat than if they were cooked at low heat, which makes them even better. It really does the trick, especially on my ribs, while still keeping the ribs moist. But you gotta do what you gotta do.
That being said, do not use low-fat versions of any types of meat. The low-fat may be the healthier choice, but that does not mean you shouldn’t put fat back in your meal. But for maximum flavor and nutrition, low-fat is the best choice.
