This was one of those posts that I had to edit the story to include some facts. The distance from the city of Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean is about 3000 miles. The first time I ever heard this was from a friend of mine, who was traveling through it. He said he saw a sign for this distance. It’s not that far, though, it’s just that you’ll need to hike the entire way from the city to check it out.
So, 3000 miles? And also, the whole “I’ve been in the desert for 30 days and I’m exhausted” thing? That’s some serious self-awareness right there.
I think youre kidding, but it makes me laugh because when I first started this journey I was afraid it would be much longer. I was afraid I would have to walk the entire way. I was afraid that I was going to feel like I was going to die. I was afraid it would be a long, long time. But now I know itll really only be 3 days. The first day Im already feeling pretty good. I think the second day might be a little tougher.
I’ve been on a really strict diet of eating junk food. I never really had any real problem with a full meal. I just ate a couple of cookies with a lot of carbs. It was actually really good for me.
The last few days have been difficult for me, but that’s because I was eating really stupid foods that I just didn’t know how to eat. Every time I tried to eat something that was not in front of me, I’d get a head roll and go, “Oh my gosh, I’m not even sure what I’m doing here.” I know how to eat healthy foods, but I just couldn’t figure out what was in front of me.
I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with having a healthy diet. I’m just saying that your eating habits and meals are important. You can’t just do all these weird and unhealthy things that you do every day that will make you feel better. You’ve got to make a conscious effort to be mindful of what you’re putting into your body. This is why I always find some food blogs to be really helpful.
Its not just food that helps you be mindful. It’s everything you put into your body. You can’t be eating a bunch of food because you want to feel like youve done something, or you just want to eat something that tastes good. Your body needs to know what you’re doing and how you feel.
Here’s the thing people who blog regularly find helpful: they are aware of the way you really feel. They know how you feel about what youre eating. They know what youre doing in your body. I have a lot of friends who are always very aware of what they’re doing when they blog.
Blogging is very different than just reading other people’s blog. Blogging is an opportunity to be aware of the way your body feels. Blogging is an opportunity to be aware of the way your body looks. Blogging is an opportunity to be aware of the way you feel.
I find this very interesting because even though I’m an athlete, I have a different way of handling my body that I’ve never really practiced. So I’m always conscious of the way I feel. I’m always conscious of what I’m doing in my body. Even if it’s an exercise plan, I’m always aware of how I’m doing it.
