The one thing that I have been known to do is do one mile before breakfast. To be honest, it has actually become a habit. I do this because I can. And I can also do it because I have a tendency to be a little on the gluttonous side. I’m not just talking about drinking a ton of calories, but I’m also talking about the amount of time that I am eating. For me, this is a good habit to have.
I think we all have times when we need to eat less or eat more of a certain thing. For me, it’s a combination of a little bit of both. I’m not saying that I eat to live, but I certainly do eat to live well. Just like people tend to eat to live well, we tend to eat to live a little bit healthier.
In reality, the main reason we eat is to fuel the brain. The brain is the largest organ in the body, and it needs a lot of energy. We eat to burn calories, but we also eat to keep our bodies in a state of fullness and energetic balance. If we eat too much, we’ll get sick. People with eating disorders are often so out of balance, they’ll have to eat as much as they can to keep their bodies in a state of wellness.

This is one of several important points about eating disorders where the word “disorder” gets thrown around, but the reality is that eating disorders are often not real (and even when they are real, they don’t always have to be for physical health). An eating disorder is not a disease, because eating disorders are not caused by a physical illness. Instead, eating disorders are caused by a “disorder of motivation,” or a behavior that is out of balance.
A lot of people are unaware that a person’s body is not a physical body. This is because when a person has a strong body, they are more likely to get fat. In fact, the body is more likely to actually do its job in being a physically active person than a person with a weak body.
Physical education is a highly undervalued aspect of the health equation. We see this every day. One of my favorite videos is The Body Project. The video shows the body from the inside and talks about how the body is the only organ that is truly immune to disease. The reason we don’t eat the right foods for our bodies is because we’re afraid of them. All of the good foods, healthy foods, and bad foods we’re eating are all full of this fear. We’re afraid of them because we don’t want to give our bodies a chance to fail. Instead, we think we should always be eating the foods that are the easiest to digest (to fit into our bodies and not cause digestive problems).
The video also shows how we can take a lot of pride in our bodies, but when they get sick or go off, we’re scared. We can become so afraid of those little, invisible things that are in our bodies that we don’t even try to feed them.
In the past, people have tried to cure diseases by stuffing their bodies with foods that would prevent sickness from happening. Of course, this was a mistake and actually caused the sickness in the first place. So what’s the cure? Eat foods that are tasty to begin with.
